Silver Bear increases Mangazeysk resources by 3%.

The Canadian Silver Bear Resources has estimated resources of the new sites of Mangazeysk field in Yakutia, due to which shared silver resources on the project rose by 2.9% to 56.5 million ounces (1,757.3 tons), the company informs.

In particular, the new sections of the inferred resources of Mangazeysk North and South are 550 tons of ore at an average grade of 444 g/t, or 7.9 million ounces (246 tons) of silver. The company used the cut-off grade of 150 g/t to calculate.

Given the similar cut-off grade the resources of Endybal Lower portion were also recalculated, which decreased to 7.2 million ounces (224 tons) vs 13.5 million ounces previously - with the cutoff grade of 75 g/t.
