NLMK to reconstruct coke-chemical production at Lipetsk industrial site

NLMK Group, the largest steel producer in Russia and one of the most efficient steel producers in the world, has started the reconstruction of the chemical shop of the coke-chemical production at the Lipetsk industrial site.
The project will allow the enterprise to radically improve the efficiency of processes of coke oven gas cleaning, to reduce the volume of the chemical shop’s emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere by 2 times and to increase the volumes of chemical products, made during the processing of coke oven gas, by 10% by 2017.
