Uralelectromed can be an example for other metal enterprises in introduction of best available technologies
The First Vice Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, G. Nikitin visited Uralelectromed on July 8th within the bounds of the measures devoted to the first session of the Interdepartmental Council for the Transition to the Principles of the Best Available Technologies and the Iintroduction of Modern Technologies. They held the session at the Technical University of UGMK. The delegation of the leaders of the federal executive bodies, producers and the representatives of the public organizations visited the major parts of the plant: the copper smelting, copper electrolysis, chemical and metallurgy shops and the water and gas fining departments of the hydro metallurgy shop.
