The Government of Karelia is about to offer industrial commodities to the Russian market within the frame of import substitution, the regional governor A.Hudilainen stated. Karelian “Prirodresource” LLC suggests developing the Palalakhtinskoye titanium deposit, most prospective one in Russia.
