Severstal will supply 100,000 tons of pipes for gas pipeline network construction

Under the results of the tender, the Izhora Pipe Plant of Severstal Russian Steel will supply 100,000 tons of pipes for the construction of the gas pipeline network Bovanenkovo – Ukhta and Ukhta – Torzhok, including 40,000 tons for the former and 60,000 tons for the latter.
The client Gazprom will receive pipes with diameter of 1,420 mm made of steel with durability class of K65 and K60 with inner and outer rustproof cover meant for working pressure of 11.8 MPa and 9.8 MPa.
