Mechel and VTB ask the court to postpone hearings on the suit of the bank for 60 days

A spokesman for VTB said that the Bank and OJSC “Mechel” hope to complete conciliation in the near future and asked to postpone the hearing for 60 days.
The representatives of VTB and “Mechel” stated during the session of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal that they need time to settle the dispute over the suit of the bank against the steel company at 50.2 billion roubles out of court, reporter of RIA Novosti states from the courtroom.
