Rusnano launches plant for production of magnesium oxide

Rusnano’s plant NikoMag for the production of nanostructured magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide of high purity (used in the production of transformer steel and rubber products) and magnesium chloride, used in oil and gas production, construction materials and anti-icing of structures and mechanisms of the various materials, has been launched in Volgograd.
This is the 59th project of Rusnano in the field of nanotechnology industry. Production of the plant has a high potential of import substitution and is demanded on the world market.
