Rio Tinto starts geological exploration in Kazakhstan

British-Australian group Rio Tinto has started geological exploration in Kazakhstan. 

"The Kazakh Minister of Investment and Development Asset Issekeshev met with Ken Teyntonom - Rio Tintos’ director of exploration operations in the region of Eurasia-Africa. During the meeting, Ken Teynton informed the Minister about the beginning of the geological exploration at the Korgantas site in the Karaganda region, implemented jointly with Kazgeologiya,"- the message says.
