Arbitration Court of Moscow refused Rosneft to be granted 60 bln roubles of preferences

​The Arbitration Court of Moscow has supported the Ministry of Energy which refused to consider the documents of Rosneft for the right to be issued preferences for Verkhnechonskneftegas submitted by Rosneft backdated.

The Ministry of Energy considers that Verkhnechonskneftegas doesn’t have the right to intend for the return of preferences within 3 years after the normative acts were changed containing the list of deposits that have the right.

The Ministry of Energy said it didn’t consider the documents of Rosneft for the fact of confirmation of oil meeting the requirements to be granted a preferential duty.
