As part of the agreement the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Russian Copper Company (RCC) Igor Altushkin and the governor of Chelyabinsk region Boris Dubrovskiy an independent environmental audit documentation associated with working of the Tomino deposit was presented to the Ministry of Environment of the Chelyabinsk Region. The Ural State Mining University received the right to conduct an environmental audit of project documentation for Tomino GOK in December 2015.
