The ecological management system of MMK recertified

The ecological management system of MMK was recertified by the specialists of TÜV NORD CERT in compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001.
The auditors met the General Director of MMK Boris Dubrovsky and the Director for labour protection, industrial safety and ecology Sergey Laskov to discuss the prospects of the ecological policy of the complex and improvement of the ecological management system. 20 structural subdivisions of the complex were audited, including the mining and concentrating and coke and chemical departments as well as the steel-smelting and sheet-rolling shops. The heads of the departments submitted their reports to the auditors.
