Zaporozhstal becomes a public company

This morning, shareholders of Zaporizhstal of Dutch company Metinvest Rinat Akhmetov and Vadim Novinsky decided to transform the joint stock company Zaporozhstal in the public joint stock company Zaporozhye metallurgical plant Zaporozhstal. The decision was made by a general decision of the shareholders meeting on Friday, the press centre of Zaporozhstal reprots.
