Budget for 2016, as well as the draft budget for the next fiscal year and the planning period, had not provided funding for the Udokansk copper deposit in the Trans-Baikal Region, owned by Alisher Usmanov, "the Interfax" reported on June 6, citing a source in one of the departments of the economic bloc.
