Norilsk Nickel may change a limit on metal sale

Norilsk Nickel is about to increase an annual limit on metal sale of Russian origin, except cobalt, in 2014-2016. The limits on a number of metals exceed the production capacities of the company. It goes from the documents of the company, prepared for an annual general meeting.
They have declined to explain in Norilsk Nickel and Normetimpex what the reason is for changing the limits and forecast sale volume, exceeding the possibilities of own production on a number of positions.
