“Crimea Titan” does not want to change Ukrainian national status

The biggest Eastern European titanium dioxide producer Crimea Titan PJSC, registered in Kiev, refuses to play new the economic game and pay taxes to the Russian budget. The plant reasons that recently in April it was registered as a legal body in Ukraine. However, the new government of the republic of Crimea is not happy with this situation.
