Evraz confirms corporate structure of Siberian division

Creation of Siberia division, which includes Evraz ZSMK and Evrazruda, will improve the integration of business processes of enterprises, strengthen the synergy between the assets, as well as will increase the efficiency of management. In the end, it will support the long-term competitiveness of Siberian enterprises of Evraz.

The division structure includes the Directorates for personnel and social affairs, sales, purchasing, economics and finance, investment, management on the development of business systems of Evraz, management of logistics, labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection and management of technology development. Managing directors of the enterprises – Alexei Yuriev and Vladimir Melnichenko - will focus on the production and operating activities of Evraz ZSMK and Evrazruda.
