Polymetal not to pay out special dividends

The Board of Directors has taken a decision not to pay out special dividends for 2013.
In accordance with the dividend policy, the Board of Directors has considered a possibility of payment special dividends for 2013, taking into consideration the activity since early 2013, free monetary flows and future investment plans. Despite the fact the results of the company meet the requirements of the Board the Board of Directors has decided not to pay out special dividends for the current year.
