Alrosa has started production at Karpinsky-1 pipe in the Arkhangelsk region

Severalmaz of Alrosa has started ore production at Karpinsky-1 pipe of the Lomonosov deposit in the Arkhangelsk region. They are going to produce there 600,000 tons of ore before the end of the year, and 2 million tons of ore from 2015. Commercial concentration will start in 2015, and in the end of 2014 Severalmaz will dispatch the concentrating plant several test batches of ore for approving of content and training of concentrating technology.
They held outstripping necessary for preparing to commercial production since 2009.
