NLMK expands rolling facilities in Kaluga.
NLMK of Vladimir Lisin plans to start rolling mill for 500 thousand tons of reinforcement and long products per year on its mini-factory "NLMK-Kaluga". Growth in demand in the industry is not expected, but the launch of a new mill was possible after the bankruptcy of a competitor - Revyakino Steel Plant. Because of this, the market took 500 thousand tons of rolled steel, and NLMK was left without a counterpart, which it supplied fittings from Kaluga site.
