Kazakhstan to simplify licensing and permit private gold production by 2017

Kazakhstan plans to approve a new Natural Resources Code by 2017. It warrants private persons to produce gold and simplifies the procedure of obtaining licenses for the companies. The director of subsoil use department of the Ministry for Development and Investments of the republic T.Toktabaev says.
The concept of an amended law is confirmed.
