Changes again take place in the management of Norilsk Nickel. As the Kommersant has got to know, in July new Production Director Sergei Dyachenko, who worked in Kazakhmys, Rio Tinto and De Beers, will come to the company, and Galina Goloshapova from Severstal has headed the HR-Department already. During the last six months, the General Director and shareholder of Norilsk Nickel Vladimir Potanin hired a number of key Top-Managers from the market and new appointments will complete the team forming.

MMC Norilsk Nickel has invited two new Top-Managers, sources, close to the MMC’s shareholders, told the Kommersant. According to them, at the beginning of July, Norilsk Nickel will have the new Deputy General Director of Production – Sergei Dyachenko from Kazakhmys, and the new HR Director Galina Goloshapova, who worked in Severstal before, has worked in the company from Monday. Norilsk Nickel confirmed the appointment of Goloshapova – from June 3, she is the Director of the Personnel Department. The company didn’t discuss the candidate of Dyachenko. Representatives of large shareholders of MMC – Interros of Vladimir Potanin, Rusal of Oleg Deripaska and Crispian Investments Ltd. of Roman Abramovich and Alexander Abramov refused to comment on.
