Vnesheconombank (VEB), acting as credit provider of the Industrial Union of Donbass, which includes the Dnieper Metallurgical Plant named after Dzerzhinsky, Alchevsk Iron and Steel and Coke-chemical plant, Hungarian ISD Dunaferr and Polish ISD Hufa Chestochowa and Sibuglemet, engaged in production of coking coal in the Kemerovo region, hunts for buyers for these assets.
