Raspadskaya OJSC announced of reorganization of “Raspadskaya coal company” JSC

​“Raspadskaya coal company” JSC will be turned into “Raspadskaya coal company” Ltd with location in Novokuznetsk. The registered capital of “Raspadskaya coal company” Ltd will be formed from the registered capital of “Raspadskaya coal company” JSC and determined at the amount of 100 thousand roubles. It was also decided to exchange the shares of “Raspadskaya coal company” JSC belonging to the only shareholder Raspadskaya OJSC at the volume of 100 pieces with the nominal value of 1 thousand roubles each or 100% in the registered capital of “Raspadskaya coal company” Ltd that also belongs to Raspadskaya OJSC.

S. Stepanov was elected the CEO of “Raspadskaya coal company” Ltd for 5 years. He occupied this post at “Raspadskaya coal company” JSC.

Moreover, A. Frolov, E.Kozhevnikova, A. Makarov and A. Egorov will also be the members of the Board. Raspadskaya OJSC is in the structure of Evraz Group. “Raspadskaya coal company” manages the assets of Raspadskaya and Yuzhkuzbassugol.
