Alrosa has extracted a diamond with potential value of $430 thousand

In late February 2015 Alrosa extracted a 76.07 karat diamond. According to the specialists of Alrosa, the value of this stone might exceed $430 thousand.
The diamond was extracted at the Yubileynaya pipe. This stone is in the form of octahedron, transparent with yellow color. There are olivine parts in it.
In Q1 2015 Alrosa produced 8.4 mln karats (+6% in annual terms). On the results of 2015 it plans to produce 38 mln karats of diamonds, by 5% more than in 2014.
