Kazakhmys invests 55 bln tenge into the modernization in 2015

Kazakhmys will direct 55 billion tenge into the modernization of production, including the support of the ore base and updating of equipment of the Balkhash copper plant, in 2015, the press-service of the company stated.
As M.Kosybaev, director of the investment planning department of “Corporation Kazakhmys” LLP stated, unstable and low copper prices had no influence on an investment programmes of the company. “We adjust the programmes, but the funds will be granted as and when needed,” he said.
