Flame formation at Russian NLMK

There happened fire at one of the production sites of “Novolipetsk Iron-and-Steel works”. The fire was put out, there is no dead and injured, a spokesman for the Chief Administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Lipetsk region said.
