As of Jan 13th Mechel’s debt made up $6.44 bln, according to the company.
Novatek-Chelyabinsk has filed another 2 claims to the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk region against Mechel’s structures for 632 mln rubles.
The claim of Novatek-Chelyabinsk against “Chelyabinsk metallurgical plant” OJCS (ChMK) on the collection of the main debt for gas shipped in December 2014 for the amount of 550.9 mln roubles was filed on Jan 27th and on Jan 29th the Court started the procedure. The hearing is appointed for March 2nd.
Novatek-Chelyabinsk filed the second claim against Mechel-Energo Ltd for 81 mln roubles on February 2nd, no details released.
