Polymetal confirms rejection of special dividends payment in 2013

The Board of Directors of Polymetal Int. uniting the assets of Polymetal JSC has decided not to pay special dividends for 2013. In October 2013, the CEO of Polymetal V. Nesis told the same at the phone conference, having explained such decision by unstable prices for precious metals. He also stated that the company would maintain the regular dividends.
The Board will discuss the sum of the final dividends within the established time limit, and will recommend it to the shareholders for admission at the annual shareholders session in 2014.
