“MMK-Metiz” OJSC has elected a new Board

​The annual meeting of shareholders of MMK-Metiz OJSC took place. The annual report of MMK-Metiz OJSC and accounting statement for 2014 have been approved. The meeting decided not to pay dividends for 2014.

A new Board of MMK-Metiz was elected. It comprises: sales director with key clients of MMK OJSC, V. Galkin, head of the department of financial resources of MMK, A. Dovzhenyuk, head of the department of material-technical supply of MMK, K. Emelin, chief manager for investment and business value assessment of MMK, N. Karavaev, head of property management department of MMK, S. Korol, head of the department for production economy of MMK, V. Ruzankin, chief manager of the center for coordination of activity of MMK Group, N. Sokolova, director of MMK-Metiz, O. Shiryaev, technical director of MMK, G. Schurov. The Board is headed by V. Galkin.
