Hydrocomplex for Euro-5 compliant fuel is launched at Khabarovsk oil refinery

A new hydrocomplex has been launched at the Khabarovsk oil refinery. V.Putin has monitored the process using videoconferencing.
“I hope the launch of the facility will make the oil prices in the Far East stable,” the president said.
According to president of “Alliance Group” M.Bazhaev, there have been invested 76 billion roubles into the reconstruction. It made it possible to produce Euro-5 compliant oil products.
