The legal action of Rosreserve against GMK “Norilsk Nickel” on collecting 3.9 billion roubles for a shortfall of copper-bearing raw material has been ceased by the regional Arbitration court.
As the Russian agency for legal information states, the proceedings have been ceased because of a court-appointed examination.
