The Moscow Arbitration Court postponed consideration of the claim of Sberbank of Russia to recover11.7 million dollars from the metallurgical company "Mechel" and its structures on June 2 to settle the dispute peacefully, RAPSI interlocutor reports from the courtroom.
As the defendants in the case are involved Mechel Trading AG, JSC "Mechel", JSC "Mechel-Trans", Ltd. "BFP", LLC "Mechel-Service" and OJSC "Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant".
