In 2014 Cherepovets Steel Mill carried out more than 125 major overhauls of the industrial units.
Repair branches of "Severstal Russian Steel" Division: the "Promservis" Center, the "SSM-Tyazhmash" Engineering Center and the "Domnaremont" Center as well as contractors in the region restored the design parameters of units for the entire process chain.
Thus, in H1 2014 in the course of repair operations the sixth, the tenth and the eleventh sintering machines, the second, the fourth and the fifth blast furnaces in the production of cokeaglodome production at CherMK, the continuous casting of steel unit and converter complex number 3 in the steelmaking production have been updated.
