Azovsteel reduced rolled products output by 20% in January

Azovsteel (Mariupol, Donetsk region), in the structure of Metinvest of R. Akhmetov, on the results of Jan 2015 reduced rolled products output by 22.3% against Jan 2014 – to 244 thousand ton.
Steel output in Jan 2015 fell by 21.7% to 271 thousand tons, cast iron – 23.8% to 227 thousand tons.
The plant didn’t produce agglomerate due to the shutdown of the agglomeration shop.
In December 2014 Azovsteel produced 229 thousand tons of rolled products, 268 thousand tons of steel and 227 thousand tons of cast iron.
