The net loss of Raspadskaya under IAS fell 8 times in H1
The net loss of Raspadskaya OJSC, one of the largest coking coal producers in Russia, under IAS fell 8 times in H1 2015 against H1 2014 and amounted to $8.380 mln.
The revenue fell by 17% to make up $227.8 mln, the revenue from the sale of coal products by 5% to $196 bln, prime cost fell by 36% to $157.3 mln. EBITDA made up $66.8 mln against a negative result of $8.3 mln a year earlier, the operational profit - $9.1 mln against the loss of $64.2 mln.
As of June 30th 2015 the company’s net debt made up $470.8 mln having fallen by 1% in H1. The long-term debt was represented mainly by 7.75% euro bond for $399 mln with the settlement in 2017 as well as a 7% inner-group loan from the structures of Evraz for $79.7 mln.
