Diamond Exchange to be created by Alrosa

Alrosa "will create a Diamond Exchange in Vladivostok, said the Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Trutnev.
"They will structure, that’s for sure," - said Deputy Prime Minister, replying to a question about the participation of Alrosa in the creation of the Exchange.
