Radial forging machine is launched at Elektrostal

The metallurgical plant Elektrostal (Elektrostal near Moscow) has launched a new radial forging machine and a set of deep process stages of special steels and alloys.
During the reconstruction, a unique forging press of 200 MN, ring-rolling mills, new thermal equipment, processing machines were installed at KPC-3. The new radial forging machine and the set of the deep process stage of special steels and alloys (press 200MN and ring-rolling mill) will allow the plant to start the production of discs and rings made of special alloys. These products will be used in the aerospace industry, power engineering and other high-tech industries.
