Mechel informs about the supply of rails for Ulak-Elga railroad expansion

OJSC “Mechel” states about the supply of rails R65 of the “Chelyabinsk Iron-and-Steel works” for the expansion of the carrying capacity of a 321-km railroad Ulak-Elga (approaching line to the Elga coking coal deposit).
They are about to lay about 25 km of technological lines to the Elga coal deposit.
