Gold market on MSE rose by 52% in January-May 2016

In January- June 2016 the physical volume of deals with gold rose by 51.8% on the MSE against January- June 2015 to22.983 tons, with silver – grew by 7.4% to 850.7 kg, the MSE reports.
In monetary terms the deals worth 63.4 bln roubles were signed in January-June 2016 on the MSE against 32.5 bln roubles in January-June 2015. Only in June the total volume of trades by precious metals made up 10.06 bln roubles (10.068 bln roubles of gold, 1.981 mln roubles of silver).
The total volume of trades in the market of precious metals of the MSE in 2015 made up 94.1 bln roubles (41.9 tons of gold, 1.4 tons of silver).
