Evraz suspends steel production in Colorado

Evraz North America has suspended steel production at its plant in the Colorado state, 100 workers were sent on vacation.
According to a representative of the plant, the week suspension is associated "with a reduction in demand for pipe and increase in imports of long products". The fall in the demand began after oil prices began to decline from the level of $107, at which they were in summer of 2014. Oilfield services companies in the United States also started to reduce staff.
