Russian Ministry of Nature Resources to propose to exclude distant fields from the category of federal importance

The Russian Ministry of Nature Resources has sent to the government proposals to abolish the category of deposits of federal importance for distant fields of the Far East and north of Eastern Siberia that will facilitate the participation of foreigners in them, the Ministry’s Head Sergey Donskoy reported to journalists.
