Gold and silver extraction rose in Bashkiria

​The results of the program of non-ferrous metallurgy development for 2011-2015 have been summed up in Bashkiria.

The Minister of Industry and Innovation Policy of Bashkiria, A. Karpukhin, said that the realization of the program was held only on the account of non-budget sources – funds of 5 mining enterprises in the structure of UGMK.

According to him, in 2011-2015 the mining enterprises directed 27.4 bln roubles of their own funds for the realization of the program. On the results of 2015 the target points of the program were executed on average by 85-90%.

Such factors as the price rise of loan maintenance, particularly issue in foreign currency, reduction of useful components in ore, price fall for metals on international stock exchange had a negative impact on the fall of results.

The extraction of precious metals in the region rose: gold – by 9.3% over the plan, silver – 2.3%. The growth of tax payment amounted to 24% over the plan.
