They failed to accomplish the production plans by 7.5% for steel (2.7 million tons), by 6.8% for cast iron (2.5 million tons), and by 0.8% for rolled steel (2.3 million tons).
They reduced steel production by 12% to 2.506 million tons, ready steel by 8% to 2.307 million tons, cast iron by 6% to 2.338 million tons, pipes by 5% to 89,000 tons and coke by 2% to 1.488 million tons.
