RusAl-ArmenAl to invest $1.25 mln into production

The foil-rolling plant “RusAl-ArmenAl” will invest 513.4 million drams (appr.$1.25 mln) into production. Minister of Economy of Armenia, K.Chshmaritian said at the meeting of the Government of Armenia that cancellation of VAT from the imported equipment will be prolonged for another 3 years.
Within the framework of the investment programme there will be created 35 new workplaces. The average wage at the plants makes up 355 thousand drams to date. Within the framework of the programme the company will deliver the furnace for intermediate annealing of foil from Poland and length-cutting machine from Britain.
