Andrei Kostin, the Board Chairman of VTB, believes that there will unlikely be any occurrence of the "Mechel" buyer, which is now trying to settle its debts with the largest Russian banks, including VTB.
"The Vedomosti" mentioned citing sources the fact that there appeared a buyer for the asset.
