The respondents have settled the debt of about $393 thousand by the claim of Sberbank against Mechel OJSC and its 6 affiliates.
The representatives of Sberbank and Mechel reported at the hearing of the Arbitration Court of Moscow by the claim of Sberbank against Mechel OJSC and its 6 affiliates that the respondents had settle about $393 thousand of debts.
Sberbank filed a claim on the collection of debts by the general agreement as of October 31st 2011 signed with the respondent – a Swiss company Mechel Trading. The rest respondents are Mechel OJSC, Chelyabinsk metallurgical plant OJSC, Mechel-Trans Ltd, Bratsk ferroalloys plant Ltd, Mechel-Service Ltd and Mechel-Mining OJSC.
