The reduced increase to Russian Railways rate for export shipments of thermal coal to come into effect since February 14.

The reduced increase from 13.4% to 1.27% to the Russian Railways tariff on thermal coal export transportation would come into force on February 14, 2015, the representative of the company told RIA Novosti.
Since January 29 Russian Railways entered an increase of 13.4% to the tariff on all goods export transportation. However, it was reported that some goods may be an exception.
