Zaporizhstal increases cast iron production by 25% in September 2014

The output of basic kinds of metal products at “Zaporizhstal” of Metinvest Group of R.Akhmetov increased in September 2014. The manufacture of cast iron increased by 25.2% up to 338.9 thousand tons over the reported period compared to September 2013. In September there was melted 343.1 thousand tons of steel and produced 292.3 thousand tons of mill products. It is by 5.2% and 5.9% respectively more year-on-year.
