Court confirms recovery of $10.6 million and 6.8 million rubles from Mechel in favor of Sberbank

The Ninth Arbitration Appeals Court has upheld the decision to recover $10.6 million and 6.8 million rubles from Mechel and its three subsidiaries by the claim of Sberbank.
In May, the Moscow Arbitration Court fully satisfied the claim of the bank against Mechel, Southern Kuzbass, Mechel Mining and Yakutugol. The defendants didn’t agree with the decision and filed a complaint against the decision, but the court rejected them on Wednesday.
