RZhD: ferrous metal shipment is up by 2.6% in H1

According to the operating data of RZhD, the shipment via railroad of Russia made up 97.3 million tons, by 3.3% less year-on-year.
The shipment decreased by 1.8% to 588.9 million tons in January-June 2015.
